7 Steps to Grow Hair FASTER HEALTHIER and LONGER
I’ve had curly hair, straight hair, and everything in between, from a buzz cut to a man bun to a side part. I’ve even had highlights and colored my hair. I’ve tried everything and even established my own men’s hair product line, the process forte series, so I understand your pains if you’re trying to grow your hair. Today’s article is all about the 7 Steps to Grow Hair FASTER HEALTHIER and LONGER.
1. ONLY TRIM WHEN NECESSARY
Let’s get the obvious out of the way first: only trim when absolutely required. Now, there are a lot of misconceptions about getting a trim every few weeks or every couple of months to make grow hair faster, grow hair longer, and grow hair healthier, and most of them are false. Guys tend to believe that getting a trim will make grow hair faster, gonna grow hair longer, gonna grow hair healthier, when in reality, all it does is cut the split ends off.
If you have split ends, they’ll continue to split and you’ll have to cut it even shorter, so all you’re doing is cutting the split ends off to make it appear prettier, fresher, and less frizzy, but it won’t going to grow hair faster. My recommendation is to let your hair grow as long as possible without cutting it, and only trim it when the ends get damaged and split. And this is one of the strongest arguments in favor of my 7 Steps to Grow Hair FASTER HEALTHIER and LONGER.
If you take proper care of your hair and use the right products, you won’t need to trim it at all. When I grew my hair super long, I think I trimmed it two or three times over the course of a 15-month period, but keep in mind that trimming your hair will also give it more shape and make it look better, so if you want it to look better during that awkward stage, trim it; it will just slow it down a little bit more.
2. BRUSH GENTLY
One of the 7 Steps to Grow Hair FASTER HEALTHIER and LONGER is BRUSHING GENTLY. When detangling your hair, you must brush it gently because when your hair becomes longer, it begins to tangle more and you just brush it a little longer to ensure that it does not seem crazy.
Now, we guys have a tendency to be a little bit forceful when it comes to brushing our hair, so my advice to you is to take it gently and detangle a wide-tooth with your fingers first. When your hair is wet, you’ll want to use a wide-tooth comb because it won’t tug and pull your hair. It’s incredibly delicate and easy to break. Keep in mind that the more hair you break, the longer it’s going to take to grow hair faster healthier and longer.
3. USE THE RIGHT PRODUCTS
One of the key and most important points from the 7 Steps to Grow Hair FASTER HEALTHIER and LONGER is utilizing THE RIGHT PRODUCTS. You know, back in the day, every male, including myself, used two-in-one shampoo and conditioner, which I purchased from a drugstore. If you’re still utilizing drugstore goods, you have a lot of better options now. It’s time for an upgrade, and as I previously stated, I’m in the course of learning everything there is to know about hair and trying everything on my head.
4. DO NOT SHOWER WITH HOT WATER
The next topic I’d want to discuss with you is something I used to do all the time and it’s completely incorrect and damaging to your hair. “Do not shower with hot water” I enjoy a good hot shower every now and then since it is quite soothing and relaxing to my muscles. Hot water, on the other hand, can dry up your skin and face, as well as damage your hair and dry out your scalp and the longer it’s going to take to grow hair healthier and grow hair longer.
So rinse with cool water, doesn’t have to be freezing, but cool water will help your hair retain moisture and will not harm your scalp. Trust me, this is a lot better than hot water, and by the way, if you’re harming your scalp or drying out your hair, this can cause your hair to grow slower and break, which isn’t what we want unless you’re trying to grow white hair. If you’re looking to move past that awkward period, and it’s also good for your skin, why not? After reading our next instances, you’ll understand why you should consider our 7 Steps to Grow Hair FASTER HEALTHIER and LONGER list.
5. DO NOT BLOWDRY EVERYDAY
Simply use fewer heat tools on a daily basis. Blow drying my hair was something I did almost every day. When I had the quiff, I was straightening my hair to achieve the pompadour or quiff, but it’s been so pleasant not to have to blow dry my hair for hairstyles.
So I just don’t blow dry it whenever I can. I came out of the shower, sprayed my hair with sea salt spray, and afterward, it’s so much better because your hair feels nicer, more hydrated, and you don’t feel like you’re sucking all of the moisture out with that flat iron heating tool.
If you like to straighten your hair, you can use blow dryers, curling irons, or anything else that heats your hair. Anything that heats your hair will suck the moisture out of it, causing damage and breakage. And I hope you’ve reconsidered your position and discovered your explanation of why these 7 Steps to Grow Hair FASTER HEALTHIER and LONGER are so beneficial in everyday life. Let’s take a closer look at it.
6. USE A SILK PILLOWCASE
Switching to a silk pillowcase to reduce tangles and breakage is something I did years ago, and it’s honestly life-changing for two reasons. The first reason is that it is really pleasant and luxurious. When you place your head on a silk pillowcase at night, you know you will fall asleep faster since it is so much more comfortable and luxurious. The second reason, and the one that makes the most sense for us, is that silk is so soft that it’s going to prevent your hair from not getting tangled and will help grow hair healthier.
So it’ll appear better in the morning, but those split ends will be tugged and pulled when you move your face at night because we move a lot at night. So, if you have a cotton pillowcase, it will get strained and break when you move. Now, I know what you’re thinking: “Oh, silk pillowcase, that seems expensive, that sounds like overkill,” yet they’re only $10-12 on Amazon. So if you’re fine, I’m sure you can buy a silk pillowcase and sleep like a cane, which will undoubtedly help grow hair healthier and grow hair longer.
7. USE HAIR SUPPLEMENTS
Something else you should do, and something I do every day, start taking hair supplements. You don’t have to go overboard, and taking more won’t make your hair grow overnight, but it’s always good to give your body the right nutrients and ingredients it needs to speed up and help grow hair faster. The most common and crucial vitamin is biotin, and biotin is something I take every day.
You can take fish oil tablets, eat more fish, or just supplement with biotin from natural sources, along with other nutrients that are beneficial to your hair. You know, proteins, iron, zinc, vitamins B, C, D, and E, and by the way, you don’t have to buy a single tablet for each of these; you can simply get a multivitamin that includes all of them, and your life will be a lot easier. Bonus Tip for 7 Steps to Grow Hair FASTER HEALTHIER and LONGER
A short bonus tip that I wanted to give you guys, I know that I mentioned do not brush it too hard when you brush your hair, especially when it’s wet. The same goes for towel drying your hair; if you grab a towel and start pulling, breaking, and splitting your hair, you don’t want to do that; you want to treat your hair like gold so that you can grow hair faster.
Because you can simply break it. I mean, have you seen how thin a hair is? It’s very thin and very fragile, so those big guns of yours would break it if you simply go like that. Treat it like gold. Because I want you to look your best at all times.
